The classic room was brand-new, it included an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set. The breakfast was very very good, they make a wide array of meals. Magnificent location to the old market square was a plus. The staff were all really helpful and extremely friendly and provided great service.

The place is lovely small, met requests. The units are airy, tidy. The beds are comfortable.

the location was perfect. It's just a short walk from the central station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city center or catch concerts at the nearby arena. Additionally, it's very close to the Messe, which was a huge plus for attending Gamescom. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to detail. They made sure everything was taken care of, from the basic amenities in the room to the delicious breakfast. Lastly, the rooms were even better than in the photographs provided. They were spacious, well-equipped with a bath, and offered great value for money. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I was warmly welcomed on my arrival and given a voucher for a beer at the hotel bar - most welcome! The hotel has some character, and is well located - OK, it's not in the city centre, and indeed it's the wrong side of the river, but you can easily walk into the centre within 15 minutes, or alternatively eat and/or drink at one of several bars near the hotel. Finding the hotel is easy enough, and it isn't far from the motorway network. Overall, a pretty good spot for a stopover.

Perhaps if I'd asked I would have found somewhere decent and convenient to park. As it was, I parked on-street some 200 metres from the hotel, and next morning there was a warning (but not a fine) on my car windscreen.

The staff was very very kind, giving instructive information about how to walk around the city. The location is excellent, just a 10-15-minute walk to get to the Köln Dom and just across the street to the station. A very convinient train leaves frequently to Koln-Bonn airport, just taking 15 minutes to get there.

The hotel is EXTREMELY CONVENIENT - brand-new rooms and comfy beds. It has central location and close to a train station. Love eating outside and there's Sushi Haus, set close to the venue.

Everything is good, the room is new-fashioned and functional with a hair dryer. The cost is £ 44. Accommodating people are working there. The hotel provides a terrific service.

I recently had a stay at a hotel that had some really great aspects to it. the location was excellent. It was conveniently situated just across the road from the train station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Additionally, I was thrilled to find out that it was also close to the Lanxess Arena, perfect for those attending concerts or events. Another positive was the attentive staff. They provided excellent service and were always willing to assist with any queries or needs. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms, which were exactly as advertised and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a bath. All in all, this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Closed and dark after 11pm but you can get in with a key. Elevator does not work.

Stuff was very nice and helpful. We had a balcony to the room, which was nice, although we couldn't really enjoy it, since there was only one chair in the (doubble)room. The inner city is quite close, just across the river, and a train station is just across the street. Perfect for a city trip, and good value for the money.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, except for the room, which smelled like granny's old flat. Elevator did not work at night. Watch out for the tap in the shower, it gets really hot. I burned myself when accidentally touching it.

I felt like at home.The staff is very friendly and the room is very clean! The location is very suitable as it is very near from the Fair as well as from the train station.
